We offer following terms and conditions which describe standard format of our dealing. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering.

Paying For Your Order: Payment will be accepted either 100% in advance OR we can also go with 50% advance and 50% upon order completion before dispatch. Payment is accepted by wire transfer to our bank. Sample cost can also be accepted through Money Gram, Western Union for your convenience.

Tax:  You are responsible for any "Tax" liability in the state/country where you reside and/or work.

Sampling and Catalog: Samples can be provided upon payment of samples and shipping cost. If the buyer has a courier account number, we can use it to send samples. However, our Catalog is available for free.

Packing: All products are packed in a poly bag. However, the buyer can also order packing like case, pouch or kit as per his requirements upon payment of charges. 

Dispatch of Shipments: Shipments can be dispatched according to customer demand in any of the following ways:

  • Courier service: delivery in 3 to 5 working days
  • Air cargo: delivery in 8 to 12 working days  
  • Sea cargo: delivery in 30 to 45 working days depending upon the destination

Darco service includes

  1. Thorough pre-service inspection
  2. Polish to correct any edge faults
  3. Checks on: balance, stopper, centre assembly & finger rest (if fitted)
  4. Correction and/or replacement of parts, as required
  5. Check:  wet and dry cut
  6. Clean and oil


Replacement and Return Policy: 
We offer a 14 day exchange on new instruments (undamaged and in original packaging) if the buyer decides to return them, we will exchange only once per purchase for another scissors of similar price. We do not provide refunds for any reason, we only offer exchange. Postage and handling charges in both directions are at the buyers end.
